TotalCX Announces Appointment of Chief Operating Officer 

TotalCX promotes Vice President of Operations, Brian Futrell, to Chief Operating Officer

HOUSTON – Jun. 21, 2023 – TotalCX, a leading provider of AI-driven customer experience management solutions, announced today the promotion of Brian Futrell to the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). 

Futrell joined TotalCX (formerly InteractiveTel) in 2011 as its first employee. He has since become an integral figure in the company’s successes, and his efforts were recognized in June 2021 when he was promoted to Vice President of Operations. During the past two years, the company experienced substantial growth, and Futrell’s keen understanding of the day-to-day operations allowed him to create processes that were seamless and ensured cohesive growth within the teams he oversees.
